The number matched the photos on the booking. It was not new, but everything worked perfectly and was clean. Excellent beach! This beach is magnificent, I think this is one of the best places on the Dead Sea to truly enjoy this natural phenomenon. Very beautiful view the from the balcony! Very quiet place, you could see the stars at night. Great staff. Food for every taste. Nothing special, but a lot of choice and everything is fresh, excellent seasonal fruit

The staff were very good. Thank you very much Shlomit for the help with everything. There were many good activities for the kids which was really good for us. The hotel is a bit old and would have been good if they would have renovated. Overall the experience was very positive we enjoyed our stay very much and didn’t feel like there is a need to even leave the hotel.

Pretty old and was not renovated for a while. Toilet was almost breaking apart.

Generous and tasty buffets. Room was very nice and comfortable, hotel is in the beach, very quiet and peaceful.

Loud dance music at the lobby, smoky smell in my room, the doors did not close so room was very noisy being right above the pool. The staff was at times unhelpful and disorganized. Perhaps it was a language barrier.

We liked discovering lazer tag and a 7-D movie and arcade...my children really liked that. We liked the easy access to the Dead Sea beach also. We were especially impressed by the gift bag and the surprise of a food/fruit platter delivered to our room at the exact moment when my children were hungry (in the hours between lunch and dinner) *Ein Bokek, a beautiful nature spot, nearby...but see the negative comment in the next section

What we didn't like: *one of 3 water slides didn't work, and the other 2 were very slow *The pool became deep, but we didn't quite understand where the deep water started. A child who was with us started drowning! My friend's son can't swim and when he struggled to stay above water, it was a scary moment. I had to pull him back to the shallow water and he was coughing. *In the arcade, a number of games didn't work and we lost our coins to them *There was a beautiful nature spot nearby (Ein Bokek) but only ONE staff member knew of it and knew where it's located! And his explanation of how to arrive was a bit vague...we found it, though...it was a highlight of our stay.

The hotel is very kid friendly with lots of activities for the whole family. Hotel has a huge pool with access to its own private beach. My kids loved the waterslides. I probably wouldn't go here for a romantic getaway, but great for families with young children.

We were able to hear every noise and conversation from the room next door. The air conditioning was not strong enough. Bad Smell around pool area. We would have appreciated more variety for breakfast.

Food was bland. The bathtub was much too high. Impossible to get in and out.

The view from the room was ag, we didn't stop taking pictures. and it was winter time - discovered dead see again.

Spa was just excellent, very good level of massages/procedures we took. Due to corona jacuzzi didn't work -but it was corona days;. Both Pools were very good, inner sea-pool, and outside pool

We reserved a room earlier, and got a good price from booking com for deluxe room. Leonardo had sent an email with proposal to upgrade to premier. We agreed on an upgrade. We had got a confirmation from Leonardo on upgrade. When we had came to Hotel - there weren't rooms for confirmed upgrade (premier) -and we got a deluxe room, which we ordered. However on departure -hotel by some reason requested from us to pay for an upgrade!!! -which we didn't get - probably they decided that we ordered a simplest room, and deluxe was already an upgrade. We spend some 1 hour to prove that our order was deluxe room with lower price. Advice: don't agree on any upgrade proposal - it could be especially to increase a price...It changed our impression from hotel from very good in corona days to some average. By the way, in deluxe room there was not refrigerator as it was promised in room description. We just though that it is because of opening post corona, and didn't start a request to move to another room. Food was below an average -same think that it is because a post corona opening.

Very very happy n satisfied

The room was fine and the pool and beach were cool. The staff were really friendly and helpful which made our stay far more pleasant as the facilities were not what I expected them to be compared to other Leonardo (Fatal) hotels that I have stayed at before. The gym in the hotel was also a pleasure to use.

The hotel needs to be refurbished, especially the carpets in the corridors. The food was not great at all. Every meal was ice-cold and the staff were not friendly or helpful at all in the dining room. Also the food was very oily.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was warm.

The food was like high school quality. They feed you breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I was surprised the quality was not that great. Don't get me wrong, the food was OK, I just expected more variety like schnitzel for lunch which they did not offer.
