Worth it if you don’t have high standards.

Generous and tasty buffets. Room was very nice and comfortable, hotel is in the beach, very quiet and peaceful.

Loud dance music at the lobby, smoky smell in my room, the doors did not close so room was very noisy being right above the pool. The staff was at times unhelpful and disorganized. Perhaps it was a language barrier.

Wonderful

All inclusive, sea closeby, parking adequate.

Dining room staff were more interested in their own job than helping out or ensuring the guest has priority over their job. Too many staff members around dining hall, which was anyhow crowded, tables too close, so their continuous presence only helped to block the routes needed to get the food.

Excellent beach!

The number matched the photos on the booking. It was not new, but everything worked perfectly and was clean. Excellent beach! This beach is magnificent, I think this is one of the best places on the Dead Sea to truly enjoy this natural phenomenon. Very beautiful view the from the balcony! Very quiet place, you could see the stars at night. Great staff. Food for every taste. Nothing special, but a lot of choice and everything is fresh, excellent seasonal fruit

Pool was great, service was excellent, and food was very good.

Amazing service but the hotel needs renovations

Good staff good service

Anything other than the staff is bad, the hotel itself isn’t high quality and the rooms are basically falling apart, the poor staff we’re dealing with lots of complaint but there was nothing much they could do and still did their best and gave great service

I want to thank the assistance called Shlomi for hospitality, the bed was very comfortable, but the room itself is old though it was ok. Coffee was great when it's not all the time the case in such hotels

Comfortable stay

This hotel’s best asset is shlomit she was amazing we loved her so much she made sure our stay was as comfortable as it can be Our room was great the pool was clean and the access to the Dead Sea is why we keep coming back to this hotel

The food was horrible to be honest as someone who doesn’t eat meat or chicken all I could find to eat was potato and rice and even the salads were bad, I usually look forward for the breakfast and that also didn’t meet the expectations and even family members who do eat meat found it bad and had stomach aches after every meal. The food always wasn’t that great but somehow this year it was worst then all the times we’ve visited before.

The room was clean and the hotel location is beachfront

The bed is soft, room was missing basics and the reception didn’t bother to send the missing staff … thankfully Shlomit helped with everything and it was good staying overall

Lots of activities to keep the kids entertained, like a circus: for nature, you need to step out

We liked discovering lazer tag and a 7-D movie and arcade...my children really liked that. We liked the easy access to the Dead Sea beach also. We were especially impressed by the gift bag and the surprise of a food/fruit platter delivered to our room at the exact moment when my children were hungry (in the hours between lunch and dinner) *Ein Bokek, a beautiful nature spot, nearby...but see the negative comment in the next section

What we didn't like: *one of 3 water slides didn't work, and the other 2 were very slow *The pool became deep, but we didn't quite understand where the deep water started. A child who was with us started drowning! My friend's son can't swim and when he struggled to stay above water, it was a scary moment. I had to pull him back to the shallow water and he was coughing. *In the arcade, a number of games didn't work and we lost our coins to them *There was a beautiful nature spot nearby (Ein Bokek) but only ONE staff member knew of it and knew where it's located! And his explanation of how to arrive was a bit vague...we found it, though...it was a highlight of our stay.

Wonderful

We had a great family vacation including children and grandparents. There was room and something to do for everyone. The rooms where big and clean, as described. With an amazing view to the dead sea. I especially appreciated the family room with two separate rooms within perfect with kids. The pool facilities were fantastic and the kids especially enjoyed the outside slides. We were delighted to see the direct path to the dead sea beach from the hotel, literally in front of us. The hotel staff was vey nice, attentive and helpfull. The dinning room, a bit noisy, offered a lot of options to eat. We were there on a holliday and received plenty of treats the whole stay :)

Good place for families with kids with all inclusive

The staff were very good. Thank you very much Shlomit for the help with everything. There were many good activities for the kids which was really good for us. The hotel is a bit old and would have been good if they would have renovated. Overall the experience was very positive we enjoyed our stay very much and didn’t feel like there is a need to even leave the hotel.

Pretty old and was not renovated for a while. Toilet was almost breaking apart.

The hotel is very kid friendly with lots of activities for the whole family. Hotel has a huge pool with access to its own private beach. My kids loved the waterslides. I probably wouldn't go here for a romantic getaway, but great for families with young children.

We were able to hear every noise and conversation from the room next door. The air conditioning was not strong enough. Bad Smell around pool area. We would have appreciated more variety for breakfast.
